Construction and financing defects are the birth defects of new residential housing.  Like birth defects, they may be immediatly recognizable or they may remain hidden for months or years.  Also, like birth defects, the time of detection and the type of response critically impact the chances of later success.  We work with associations and their other professionals in evaluating the community and holding the developer accountable for remediating defects.
