Litigation is a form of dipute resolution whereby the dispute is turned over to a judge or jury.  The judge or jury ultimately makes the call as they see fit.  Litigation is frustrating, risky, time consuming and expensive.  We view litigation as a last resort.  Nevertheless, there are times when no other solution is feasible and we must turn to the courts for relief.
